Rules
- The "Reunion Booklet Drawing" deadline date is
April 15, 2006. After this
date, all submitted forms will be disregarded.
- You must be at less 18 years of age to enter the contest.
- You must completely fill out the entry form below and submit
be it on or before the contest deadline date (April 15, 2006).
- The winner, will be notified of winning this prize by April
30, 2006.
- If you are the winner of the contest, your grand prize must be
claimed and utilized within 2 years after May 15, 2006.
